Biography:

Joshua V. Lindsey is a founding member of Lindsey Amonette Nemer + Glassford, PLLC, and is a member of the Middle Tennessee Collaborative Alliance. Joshua began his legal career in Nashville as an attorney in the labor and employment division at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, PLLC, and then as an attorney in both the litigation and corporate divisions at Bass Berry & Sims PLC. When members of his family were personally affected by divorce, Joshua felt an undeniable calling to bring the same passion for zealous representation, relentless advocacy, and dedicated client service to the arena of family law, founding his own firm in January 2010 to assist clients in difficult times of domestic transition. Joshua has been practicing family law exclusively since January 2010, successfully representing his clients in the courtroom, in mediations, and in the collaborative law process. Having successfully conducted collaborative divorces on behalf of clients in Tennessee, Joshua feels that the collaborative law process is the most equitable, compassionate, and efficient way to approach difficult domestic relations matters, particularly those in which child custody or business division is a contested issues.
